Welcome to the initial release of the Loopz .22 LR Prototype. This project is an experimental, highly customizable, and lightweight 3D printable platform designed for enthusiasts exploring DIY engineering and additive manufacturing. Built from the ground up to utilize affordable, easily accessible hardware, the Loopz system balances smooth mechanical operation with simple print configurations.

Material: PLA+, Tough PLA, or PETG (Nylon/PA-CF recommended for long-term stress components)
Infill Density: 50% to 100% (use adaptive/gyroid infill for high-stress zones)
Wall Loops / Perimeters: 4 to 6 walls minimum
Layer Height: 0.16mm – 0.20mm
Supports: Needed (Tree/Organic supports recommended for clean interfaces)

🚀 Assembly & Post-Processing Instructions

  2. Test Clearances: Dry-fit the internal components before installing springs to ensure smooth movement.
  3. Lubrication: Apply a minimal amount of synthetic dry lubricant to the high-friction interface points.
