- Internal Recoil System: Unlike the FGC-9, which relies on a fixed, external AR-15 style buffer tube assembly extending from the rear, the Partisan-9 integrates an internal recoil system. This configuration enables a significantly lower-profile upper receiver.
- Integrated Folding Stock: It utilizes a folding stock containing a built-in, separate buffer weight. The bolt partially reciprocates directly into the stock during cycling. Due to this design constraint, the firearm must never be discharged with the stock folded.
- Enhanced Durability & Tension: To resolve the recurring issue of broken front take-down lugs common to older designs in the Shuty AP9 family, the Partisan-9 introduces a redesigned front locking lug. Additionally, an M3 all-thread steel rod runs continuously through the entire upper assembly—clamping it tightly from the barrel retainer to the endcap.
