This project showcases a fully 3D-printed version of the classic LifeCard folding design, scaled and chambered conceptually for .32. Every structural component, from the tilting frame to the integrated grip storage, has been optimized for additive manufacturing. Printed using high-strength filament to ensure tight tolerances, crisp mechanical clicks, and seamless transformation from a card profile into a functional grip.
